headset just to stay within budget. Remember, it's your loved one's ears you'll be putting at risk. If your aviator's desired model is beyond your budget, consider splitting the gift with a family member of two.

I have the same problem with an Auraliti PK100 server. It looks as if it just ignores the Folder.jpg files.

Hi: I hope I am posting this question in the right way. I have Mpod installed on two different iPods. One is an iPhone 3GS running iOS5 and mPOD 1.6.3 and one is an old iPod Touch (gen 1)running iOS3 and mPOD 1.6.1. I am using them to control a Bryston BDP-1 music player.

Old iPod Touch works perfectly in every way, connects quickly and reconnects quickly if disconnected. The newer setup (iPhone on iOS5) frequently refuses to connect to the server and frequently disconnects when it does connect and often will not reconnect after that. I don't recall this problem before iOS 5 but perhaps my imagination.

Are there any other reports of this problem and any suggestions as to why the newer setup is working so unreliably?

Thanks for any input.

Wonderful wonderful app (on my old Touch anyway!)

Hi Berrie,

thanks for your great app. I really like it, thanks for that!

Maybe I just could not find the functionality or it just does not exist. So this is why I ask you now:
Now it is possible to click one time on "repeat" and the whole playlist is being repeated. When I click on "repeat" again the repeat mode is off. So far, so good. Is it possible like in the iPod app to add a new mode like "only repeat this track"? That would be really cool!

Thank you!
Regards
Julius R.

Hi Berry,

Is there a way in Mpad/Mpod to browse to other albums from the same artist? I know I can click the album icon, but that lists all albums on the server. It would be very handy when playing an album by artist A, to have an icon that gave access to all albums by that same artist A directly.

Cheers,
Marius

Hi Berrie,
I finally get it work with my popcorn. It's a wonderful tool! Thank you.
I got some questions:

1. If my music database is changed, either add new folder or change file structure. Will MPoD update automatically? or this should be done from MPD?
2. I usually put album art at local and named "folder.jpg". I noticed that MPoD will not refer to local album art, but always try to get it from internet. How can I setup to let MPoD search local art (folder.jpg) first. If there is no local album art, then search it from internet.

Again great work of MPoD!

There may be a bug in the cover art handling for 'various artist' albums, I need to investigate that a bit further because I've not been able to reproduce it yet.

You need to know the ip-address and port on which mpd is running on your popcorn, and enter that in the settings in MPoD. That's all there is too it. I can't help you with setting up mpd on the popcorn itself.
