I would love it if I could use the Num Lock key on my PC keyboard that I use with my iMac to clear the calculator like I’ve done for the past 5 years with the default OS X Calculator app. The hotkey for activating the application is customizable (although it won’t take Cmd+Alt, maybe due to OS limitations), but the key to clear and do other things is on a fixed list which makes sense except in this case. I tried the “Clear” button, but that doesn’t work like it does in Calculator.app. I guess because I have a PC keyboard?

The default shortcut is Cmd-Alt-C. You can also open the calculator (or preferences) from the += sign in the menubar.

I couldn’t bring up the app once installed. Using option or cntrl or shift C (i thought the weird symbol in the setup prefs was option) didn’t bring up the app.
