Love this app, and I’m using it on my ipad. Though I’d really appreciate a native iPad version, I would find more playlist editing features even more useful. As best I can tell, there’d is no way to move or delete individual items from the current playlist. I’m thinking something like an “edit” mode for the current playlist.

In any case, keep up the great work!

I love this app! I just got it like 2 weeks ago, but it is perfect for playing my music in my house. The really nice thing is that the iPhone version works perfectly on my iPad, are there any plans to create an iPad version?

Any word or the ‘user guiide’ that you were working on?
I still cannot get the ‘On the Go’ working with my Popcornhour and would like to have some reference doc from the Mpod / MPD end to see if i’ve got a config issue or not.

    Thanks.

I’m still facing the problem with mpod calling url with wrong characters when directories do have utf8 chars in it, the same was in the previous version aswell.

Is there any other way fixing this except by renaming all my music directories.

I wrote a script to use the covers of the gmpc database also for mpod. I reconvert them for this too. Works fine so far :-) .
My questions is, which native resolution the cover at the cover view does have?

Since version 1.4 it took noticeable more time (subjective at least 50% more) when selecting a item in the metadata browser (for example when selecting a album in artist view). When selecting the item a second one, than it’s very fast (maybe in ram then already).

    System: iPod Touch 1G

You’re right that it’s slower, and I start to find it annoying myself :-( .

For version 1.4 I did additional memory optimization in the form of stronger lazy loading. As a result, contents of an album are only fetched when you go into the album. I’m have to balance between performance and stability, I need to see if I can move towards performance a bit more on this one.
