Calq version 1.4.6 released

calq.png Today v1.4.6 of Calq for Mac OS X is released as a free upgrade (donations are as always welcome) :-) . This version adds the option to have decimal and thousand separators that overrule the system wide country settings.

    Hello there,

just found out that setting the display precision to show less decimals affects the calculation. Example: set the display precision to “2 decimals”, then calculate 2*0.125 and get the result of 0.24 – now set the display precision to “3 decimals”, recalculate the above and receive the correct result of 0.25.

Other than that I think Calq is the most usefully integrated calculator on my computer.

    Thanks and best regards,
    Alexander

Which version of Calq are you using? I’ve tried to reproduce this in version 1.4.6 of Calq for Mac, which gives me the correct result with the example you’re giving.

Paste in Calq (Mac) “5+5/2=” and see what you get! ;-)
